Your right to return
MODAHIJABS wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your items, you can return them for a refund within 30 days of receiving them.
How to return
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Pack the item(s) in their original packaging.
- Include your order number and name with the return.
- Return the item(s) to the address on the postage label.
- You are responsible for paying for the return shipping.
Condition of returned items
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 working days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Faulty items
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either exchange the item for a new one or issue a refund.
Return address
The return address is on the postage label on the packet or you can contact us for the address.
